Christine Henisee
Chief Executive OfficerChristine Henisee joined Ranir as Chief Executive Officer in 2003, and led the implementation of a strategic growth plan directed toward the enhancement of the company's market position in North America and Europe.
Ms. Henisee specializes in strategy development, leadership through innovation, and the restructuring of business environments to achieve operational goals and continuous improvement.
Ms. Henisee has a demonstrated track record of profitable business growth at companies such as Scott Worldwide and Foamex International, Inc. and as a consultant to Johnson & Johnson and Irving Consumer Products.
Joseph Townshend
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative OfficerJoseph Townshend joined Ranir in 1990 as Chief Financial Officer. Today, Mr. Townshend is a member of the Ranir Global Leadership Team and is responsible for administration, product development and business development, in addition to finance and accounting.
Previously, Mr. Townshend worked in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP and Plante & Moran, LLP as an audit manager.
Mr. Townshend received his Bachelor of Science & Business Administration in Accounting from Aquinas College, Grand Rapids, Michigan. He has participated in various leadership programs, including the Chicago Executive Institute - The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
Dean Hilmer
Vice President of Global Operations and Supply ChainDean Hilmer joined Ranir in early 2009 as Vice President of Global Operations and Supply Chain.
Mr. Hilmer oversees a global team of more than 700 people who manufacture, source and distribute products worldwide.
Mr. Hilmer has over 35 years of experience with personal/healthcare-related products and over 25 years of international experience. He has worked for and with global consumer products leaders such as Procter & Gamble, Kimberly-Clark and Johnson & Johnson.
Mr. Hilmer received his Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin.
Mike Young
Senior Vice President, Sales & MarketingMike Young joined Ranir in 2003 as Vice President of Business Development. In his role, Mr. Young oversees leadership of the North American Sales and Marketing team and is a member of the Global Leadership Team, which sets and oversees company-wide strategic planning and execution.
Mr. Young brings 30 years of domestic and international leadership in consumer packaged goods and health and beauty care to his position at Ranir. He has extensive knowledge of brand and store brand business, cultivated during his tenures with Johnson & Johnson and Weyerhaeuser/Paragon Trade Brands. Mr. Young received his Bachelor of Science in Finance at the University of North Alabama.
Gijsbert Dezaire
Executive Vice President, Ranir Global & Managing Director, Ranir EuropeGijsbert Dezaire joined Ranir in 2011 as Executive Vice President of International Business at Ranir Global and Managing Director of Ranir Europe.
Mr. Dezaire's professional background includes more than 20 years of experience in global fast-moving consumer goods businesses. He developed solid experience at a strategic and operational level through his positions with large multinational branded companies, such as Unilever and Mars Inc., and with store brand companies, including American Safety Razor.
Mr. Dezaire holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Louvain and a Bachelors of Business Administration from Nijenrode University, the Netherlands.
Denise Phillips
Senior Director of Human ResourcesDenise Phillips joined Ranir in 2009 as Senior Director of Human Resources. Ms. Phillips is also a member of the Global Leadership Team. She leads human resources for Ranir and focuses primarily on organizational effectiveness and talent development.
Ms. Phillips' background includes over 20 years of experience in consumer products with Kellogg Company and automotive parts manufacturer Denso, where she has held a variety of human resources positions.
Ms. Phillips received her Master's in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from State University of New York at Buffalo.
Michael Bregenzer
General CounselMichael Bregenzer joined Ranir in 2012 as its first General Counsel. Mr. Bregenzer is a member of Ranir's Global Leadership Team and acts as the principal legal advisor to Ranir. He also oversees all legal and regulatory matters.
Prior to joining Ranir, Mr. Bregenzer was a partner at two of the world's largest law firms, with a practice focusing on intellectual property issues and complex litigation.
Mr. Bregenzer received his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Notre Dame.
Stephen Thong, PhD
Vice President – Global Technology & DevelopmentStephen Thong joined Ranir in 2012 as Vice President - Global Technology & Development and is a member of Ranir's Global Leadership Team.
Dr. Thong's background includes over 20 years of international product development experience and possesses a strong background in powered toothbrushes, oral care, OTC, skin care and personal care products with the Gillette Company and most recently with the Church & Dwight Company. His professional experiences include developing new technology platforms and creating effective teams.
Dr. Thong received his Ph.D and Master's degree in Chemistry from Northwestern University and a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from Bowling Green State University.
